When Wayne and Diane Tesch co-founded Royal Family KIDS Camp in 1985, they initiated a movement that would capture the hearts of churches across the United States and around the world. Wayne continues to serve the mission of For The Children by promoting Royal Family KIDS Camp and Mentoring nationally, especially by leading in the area of Legacy Giving.
As President of For The Children, Wendy's passion is to serve vulnerable children. Prior to joining FTC, she led child welfare programs along a full continuum of care, including child abuse prevention, foster care, family reunification, and adoption. Previously, she facilitated church partnerships for the benefit of vulnerable children and families in developing countries. She holds a M.S. from Texas A&M University and is a Practitioner of Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI). Wendy brings a passion for life change and a love for the Church. She and her husband Tim were foster parents for nine years and are the parents of three daughters.
Tiffany Modica, PsyD, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington. She is currently sitting for licensure as psychologist in California. Dr. Modica has recently published "Up From The Ashes, Finding Hope and Purpose; How to Rise Up and Embrace Your Resilience" (2023).
FTC Mission Viejo - Heather and Zhenya have worked for many years with children in crisis together and have led a range of TBRI trainings. As full-time missionaries, they are volunteering with the FTC National Office to lead a new TBRI initiative.

Toby has been with FTC for 23 years and has experience in being in the roles of curriculum and breakfast club coordination, bible teacher, and a lot more.
